• SHA-256 Encrypted Cellphone Numbers (Contact List): We collect SHA-256 encrypted cellphone numbers to establish secure and anonymous bidirectional connections between contacts. We do not store or use the actual cellphone numbers for identification. These encrypted numbers are used solely for the purpose of facilitating communication within the app.
• GPS Location (Latitude and Longitude): We collect GPS location data to provide the distance between the user and a located resource (skill or listing provider).
• Your personal name: This is merely a label for personalization purposes and is not required. You do not need to provide your personal name.

How We Use Your Information:

We may use the information collected for various purposes, including but not limited to:

• Providing and improving the App's functionality.
• Personalizing your experience within the App.
• Facilitating secure and anonymous communication between contacts over an HTTPS channel through the relay server at https://18.222.150.108:3001/socket.io.
• Providing distance information between users and located resources.

Disclosure of Your Information:

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy.

• We may disclose your information to comply with legal obligations or protect our rights, property, and safety or those of others.

Your Choices:

• The information we collect (and transfer through the relay server) are critical to the functioning of the app and cannot therefore be optional.
• Provision of your personal name is not a requirement and you may leave it blank in the Settings screen.

Security:

We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

Changes to this Privacy Policy:

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our data practices. We will notify you of any material changes via the Play Store.
